　　Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products effective Dec. 1, 2004, or as contracts allow. These increases are due to increased market demand and operating costs, particularly in raw materials, energy and freight.

　　Eastman Isophthalic Acid: Off-list price increase of $US 0.06/lb ($US 0.14/kg) in North America, Latin America, and the Europe, Middle East, and Africa Region.
